  • The RE classes are collecting new or gently used coats, blankets, scarves, gloves, and hats for the “Cover Lafayette” project. Please bring all donations to the DRE office by January 31st.
  • January 30th– January FUNdraiser from 10-11am in room 101/103. Cost is $10.
  • January 31st– OWL meeting for OWL teachers from 9:45-10:15 in my office
  • February 7th– Fundraising Commitment Meeting at 12pm in fellowship hall
  • February 19th– February FUNdraiser at 7pm at Carnahan Hall for a Starry Nights paint party event. Cost is $30.
  • February 21st– 9:45 RE volunteer meeting and 11:45 RE newspaper meeting
  • I am thrilled to announce that we will be offering OWL to grades 4-6 (ages 9-12) during the spring 2016 semester. OWL (Our Whole Lives) is a values-based curriculum that equips participants with accurate and age-appropriate information about the human body and helps participants to clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of sexuality.
    • 4th-6th grade OWL: This program is designed for learning about and discussing the physical and emotional changes of puberty. Participants will examine topics such as values and sexuality, communication, and decision-making. Parent orientation is April 3rd from 12:45-2:00.
